How the information is used
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the requested service is a suitable fit, arrange a consultation and take steps you request before entering into a service agreement.
Service providers
EBA may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling and accounting operations. These providers process information only where needed to deliver those services. Client data is not sold.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or regulatory responsibilities. Different retention periods may apply after you become a client.
